We cultivated different types such as Merlot and Sangiovese and, above all, the native Nero di Troia, with an alcohol content between 12% and 14.5%.
It is very fruity, with notes ranging from cherry to green apple, it’s the ideal match for first and second courses of meat and aged cheeses.
