Our wine has a “local” imprint
The wine is cultivated in the territory of the Murgia, especially in the cities of Andria, in the area below the Castel del Monte, Canosa, and Minervino Murge, and it can enjoy a temperate climate at an altitude between 250 and 400 meters above the sea level.
RED WINE
It is very fruity, with notes ranging from cherry to green apple. It is the ideal match for first and second courses of meat and aged cheeses.
WHITE WINE
With a fresh and fruity taste, with notes ranging from green apples to citrus fruits, they are the perfect match for starters and first courses based on fish or as an aperitif.
ROSÉ WINE
It is characterized by fruity notes with hints of peach and strawberry. It has an alcohol content of about 12%,
and it is ideal with lightly seasoned cheeses and sea courses.
